• Nine one-to-one sessions with your EPIC21™ Group Chair (90-120 minutes) for tailored mentoring

  We prioritize the importance of family balance, so no meetings are scheduled during:
  • Spring break/Easter
  • August for summer family time
  • December for holiday celebrations and personal obligations

• Submit paperwork and membership dues
• Take the leadership Working Genius assessment to define your strengths
• Set your leadership goals with your Chair
• Attend a welcome event to connect with other executive members
• Schedule one-to-one mentoring sessions and develop an action plan for leadership growth

EPIC21™ peer group Executive Sessions are led by each groups’ Chair. They all have extensive executive experience across a diverse spectrum of industries. These meetings also have a targeted special guest who will provide exclusive executive leadership training for continued professional development.
