What’s the time investment?

EPIC21® peer groups meet for:

  • Nine one-to-one sessions with your EPIC21® Group Chair (90-120 minutes) for tailored mentoring
  • Pledged commitment to attend eight full-day Executive Sessions with cohort, typically held the second week of the month
  • A two-day annual off-site executive retreat for continued learning and strategic growth, typically scheduled during the second week of October
    We prioritize the importance of family balance, so no meetings are scheduled during:

    • Spring break/Easter
    • August for summer family time
    • December for holiday celebrations and personal obligations
What is the individual criteria to belong to an EPIC21® Executive Peer or Mastermind Group?

You:

  • Must be a business owner or senior C-suite officer with autonomy to influence the direction of the company
  • Your company/business must generate topline revenues of $5 million* or more and employ a minimum of 15 persons
    • *Exceptions are considered based upon experience and skillset (i.e. start-ups with adequate  funding in place and a balance sheet to support it)
  • Prospective members must demonstrate the ability to be vulnerable, to be a lifelong learner and have the commitment to candor and humility

Who facilitates the peer group meetings?

EPIC21® peer group Executive Sessions are led by each groups’ Chair. Our Group Chairs have extensive executive experience across a diverse spectrum of industries.

What can a new member expect in the onboarding process?

You will:

  • Work with your EPIC21® Group Chair to complete the welcoming process
  • Submit paperwork and membership dues
  • Take the leadership Working Genius assessment to define your strengths
  • Set your leadership goals with your Chair
  • Attend a welcome event to connect with other executive members
  • Schedule one-to-one mentoring sessions and develop an action plan for leadership growth
What is the criteria that qualifies one to become a Group Chair?

EPIC21® Group Chairs have extensive executive experience across a diverse spectrum of industries. The desired requirements our Chairs must meet are:

  • 20-25 years of past or current ownership or leadership/management responsibility
  • Functional financial literacy
  • High level of Emotional Intelligence
    • DiSC, Myers Briggs, or PI assessments required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Servant Leader in heart and mind
